YLM GAME INCIDENT REPORT

This form is for reporting serious incidents which occur at YLM League games. It is routed to the VP of League Operations for review and action. Extremely serious incidents should be report by phone to 612-968-1494.

YLM Heat Guidlines

Summer lacrosse brings the requirement to be aware of the impact the weather indicator Heat Index has on the safety of our players. The Heat Index is a combination of temperature and humidity. The YLM endorses the guidelines below for determining what should be done when the Heat Index reaches certain levels.

YLM GAME CANCELLATION

If any teams need to cancel a home game due to weather or conflict please go the YLM link and fill out the request form. Home Team Manager contacts opposing team manager and they choose 3 dates/times that will work (choose dates your team has scheduled practice)

REPORT YOUR SCORE HERE... Please make sure you complete all information requests as accurately as possible. Scores are updated 1x a week (Sunday nights), and then more often closer to the end of the season.

MSLax Game Reschedule Form

If you are changing a location or moving a game so that there is a double or triple header, there is no fee. If this is a day of change, please email: mlawrow9102@msn.com and webmaster.mslax@gmail.com with the change. Any other game changes (date or time) must be made here.
