To provide the opportunity for the youth of Shakopee to participate in the game of lacrosse. To teach players the fundamental skills and techniques that are needed to succeed on and off the field. The ultimate goal is to make Lacrosse a positive and fun experience for the players, parents, and coaches.

• Provide strategic leadership to the association

• Establish budget and make spending decisions

• Establish committees for specific tasks

• Attend monthly meetings

Board meetings are generally on the 2nd Monday of every month at 6:30pm at the Community Center Ice Arena conference room (unless otherwise noted).  Coaches, parents, and SYLA members are welcome to attend!
