The off season is a great time to improve stick skills. RVL winter training is different from most training as we incorporate speed and agility into our lacrosse specific drills working on the overall athletic ability as well as the increased lacrosse skill level of the player.
Coach Pollock has 2 sessions in September that will be hosted by SYLA.
This is limited to 20 spots for each night.
Both sessions are located in the SACS gym.
There is a charge of $10 but your child will receive a SLA Drawstring back pack with ball and $10 off your first month with River Valley Lax Winter training valid from November to February.
