Never played lacrosse before? No problem! Our free events are the perfect way to experience the sport firsthand. We provide all the necessary equipment, so you can simply come ready to play and have fun.
Our try lacrosse for free program is open to a wide range of ages! Pre-k all the way up to 8th grade.

We expect to host 2 other events in in January & March and will announce dates once space is reserved.

What to Bring?
Players should come prepared to play with an open mind and a full water bottle. Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move around in.

What happens at a Try Lacrosse Free Clinic?
Participants will learn basic techniques for cradling, scooping, passing, and catching from coaches, experienced players, and/or board members in a fun, non-contact, low-pressure environment.
Can I register for more than one session?
Yes! Registration is required but new players can attend one or more sessions.
Can parents observe?
Yes! Parents are welcome to stay during the session, observe, and ask questions. We will have several Board Members on hand during each session.
