Team Manager Guide

Responsibilities and expectations

As a team manager, you play a crucial role in the success of our lacrosse program. Your responsibilities include:

  • Communication: Keep parents, players, the board, and the league informed about practice schedules, game times, scores, and important announcements.
  • Volunteer coordination: Assign parents for home game duties.
  • DIBs fulfillment: By volunteering as a team manager, you fulfill your required DIBs hours for the season.
