Harvest Hustle Skills & Speed
Harvest Hustle Skills & Speed is a dynamic, fast-paced, and action-packed program designed for athletes of all skill levels. Each session combines speed, agility, and creativity, giving players the opportunity to sharpen their skills in a fun, competitive environment. With a mix of small-sided games and skill work, athletes will leave each session faster, smarter, and more confident.
What to Expect
Each session will begin with approximately 15 minutes of age appropriate skill focused time. With the remaining time, athletes will participate in a game of up to 6v6 that is a combination of the Flex6 and Speed Lacrosse variants of the game in a simplified competitive non-contact format. Team will be formed at the beginning of each session and may be changed throughout the evening.
Our goal is to help athletes grow their confidence, connect with teammates and develop a genuine love for the game in a supportive and inclusive setting.
A hard rubber lacrosse ball may be used during the skills portion of Harvest Hustle, but will not be used during game play. Instead we will use a tennis ball or other ball made of soft material.
