Key information
Format
- 3 game guarantee
- Two 20-minute running halves with a 5-minute halftime*
If fewer than four teams register for a division, it will be dropped and associated payments refunded. If a division is full, you are welcome to register for the wait list. We will contact you if we expand the teams.
Deadlines

- 8U $575
- 10U $625
- 12U $750
- 14U $750
Sign up five or more teams from your association and request a $50 refund per team after tournament ends.
Required
Team roster: All teams must submit a complete and accurate roster via Google Form.
Player waivers: All players must complete a tournament waiver via Google Form by May 26, 2026. Players who have not submitted a completed waiver will not be permitted to participate.

Vaughan Field
Select 12U and 14U division games will be played at Vaughan Field, located at Shakopee West Middle School. For the most convenient access, please utilize parking available on the southeast side of the building and east side of the stadium.
