Rules
- Full hockey gear + helmet
- If player does not have full hockey gear and can't borrow from anyone minimum hockey helmet and shoulder pads required
- No Checking - incidental contact ok, basically don't smash each other into the boards
- Standard Lacrosse rules for boys and girls
- Younger kids will focus on basic skills and if enough kids "get it" we can do a little scrimmage
